If your school prefers not to grant Tassel direct access to FACTS, you can instead send monthly FACTS exports. These files allow us to track inquiries, applications, enrollments, and marketing ROI while maintaining your school’s preferred level of system access.
You may want to consider an alternative method if you prefer for Tassel to handle the process end-to-end: Setting Up a FACTS Account for ROI Reporting with Tassel.
Overview #
To generate accurate ROI reports, Tassel requires three exports from FACTS:
These files should be exported from FACTS and sent to Tassel regularly.

Reference one of the formats of the document, ROI Report: Fields Needed From Your SIS:
Use the Same Report Structure Every Month #
To ensure accurate reporting and historical trend analysis, the files you send each month must:
- Use the same report template
- Include the same columns
- Keep columns in the same order
- Use the same file type (CSV or Excel recommended)
- Include the same school years and date ranges whenever possible, adding on new years as they open
Changing columns, field names, or column order can delay reporting and may require additional data cleanup before reports can be generated.
Save Your FACTS Report Templates #
FACTS allows you to save report templates. We strongly recommend:
- Creating each report once using the required field guides.
- Saving the report template in FACTS.
- Reusing the same template every month.
This helps ensure consistency and reduces preparation time.
Include All School Years #
When building your reports:
This allows us to measure long-term enrollment trends and marketing performance.
